Terms And Conditions


Bookings can be made via phone, email, in person or through our website and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Full payment can be made via credit card on our website or bank transfer.


Photographs, Marketing & Social Media

Photographs and videos may be taken by CAG Adventures Staff during your activity for marketing purposes.

A selection of these will be uploaded to our social media sites for you to review and may be used for other marketing purposes and publications.

It is our policy to retain the anonymity of our clients, we therefore never identify any group or person by their name.


Cancellations and Refunds

CAG Adventures will only cancel bookings due to circumstances out of our control, in this case, a free transfer to an alternative date or activity will be offered or a full refund will be available.

Where the customer cancels the reservation then the effective date of cancellation will be the date the company receives written notification of the cancellation.

When notification of cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to the booking date - 50% cancellation charge When notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days in advance of the booking date- 100% cancellation charge If no notification of cancellation is received - the customer will be held liable for the full cost of the cancelled booking.



The safety of the individual and group is always of primary concern to your instructor. If you feel unhappy about any particular situation please do not hesitate to let your coach or guide know.

By their very nature, there is an inherent risk in many of the products run by CAG Adventures, but that risk is minimised by the expertise of our coaches and guides and with your cooperation.



The weather can be both fickle and severe at any time of year and if your course is adversely affected by the conditions we always attempt to provide worthwhile and meaningful instruction.

If, in extreme cases, we have to cancel a course, then we will offer you something different or a refund, depending on the degree of disruption.


Smoking, Alcohol and Drugs


Smoking is not permitted at any of CAG Adventure bases, campsites or vehicles.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any client we believe is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in such circumstances no refunds shall be given.


General misadventure

CAG Adventure reserves the right to refuse participation to any Customer whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other participants or staff.

In such cases full cancellation charges apply and CAG Adventures shall have no further liability to that participant.



All dogs are welcome at the CAG Adventures, please enquire if it is suitable for them to go on activity as this differs with each booking.


We welcome children of all ages on our activities, however all children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for advice on which activity would be most suitable for your family, please contact us.


Complaints Procedure

CAG Adventure will do everything in their power to ensure every customer has a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

If any customer is dissatisfied with any part of the experience provided, the management team will take care of any complaint raised.


General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Policy

The personal data we hold on clients is :

    • Name, Address, e-mail address, mobile phone no.

    • Basic Information relating to their own booking with us.

    • We do not share or pass their data onto anyone else.

Individuals rights

    • Individuals can ask to view the data we hold on them at any time.

    • We will delete their personal data (as listed above) on request within 1 week.
